Thailand Observations

So I've noticed a couple of things while in Thailand.

1. There are tons of older white gentlemen roaming the seats of Thailand, none of them there to there to check out the sites. It is very common to see a 60 year old man walking with what looks to be a Thai girl barely out of her teens, sometimes 2 or 3 of them. We're going to try to take some discrete pictures of this. We don't want to get a beatdown or anything. Not sure how much they are paying these girls, and we're a little afraid to ask.
2. There are a lot of ugly women here. They all still manage to bag themselves a sugardaddy though. Don't get me wrong, there are some really pretty ones too, but we have the suspicion they are actually men. More on this in another post.
3. You can't buy anything without bargaining. Very rarely will you see a price on an item. They will tell you the price depending on how you look. Everything is negotiable. If they tell you something is 100 Baht, make the first offer 30-50 Baht. If they accept right away, you know you messed up. They overprice everything, knowing you'll counter. You can usually walk away thinking good about yourself that you got a deal, all the while the seller is laughing his ass off that he just ripped you off. It's a win-win.
